Is total destruction of the front tip of the sole justified after a single two block walk on paved city streets? Should the “luxury” brand respond by claiming “ normal wear and tear” and refuse to repair, refund, replace? Obviously NOT! I am very disappointed by my experience with this brand!

Amazing shoes and amazing next day delivery from country to country

Update: Thank you for your willingness to send me a new box so that I may gift my person. The shoe is absolutely beautiful. I do not like that my shoe box is damaged. This is a gift and surely not a good look. I appreciate how fast my shipment arrived.

The website was very easy to navigate. My shoes arrived in just a few days. The shoes are gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for! They arrived perfectly wrapped and sent with great care.

Fast delivery regardless of the the delivery strikes. Ordered just before Xmas and arrived on time. Kept up to date with emails regarding delivery, also able to track each movement. Great service. Daughter is super pleased.

When I opened the box to see the sneakers, they looked even better than what was advertised. They fit perfectly and I know it will be an eye catcher, which is why I bought them.

My ordered was claimed to be delivered but was never delivered. I received an e-mail saying it was delivered 12/18/22 at 4:28 PM, and the package was never delivered at all.

Good quality shoes and great customer support. I particularly like the Urchin sneakers my girlfriend and I have 5 pairs between us :). I order from Farfetch mostly but once i did order from GZ but i wasnt happy with it and support was very helpful in assisting me in returning it. I have Alexander Mcqueen and Balenciaga sneakers too but they cant compare in quality to GZ. One of the few luxury brands that are worth the price.

So my order says it was delivered. At the time I placed order they said signature would be needed, so I was 100 percent ok with order. Well unfortunately DHL claims my item was delivered, but per Giuseppe sometimes the drivers do what they want, by not getting signature. Well needless to say I have not received my ordered checked with neighbors and now my son won't have the gift her worked for. I'm out of 260 dollars, and customer service is not helpful. Treat your customers how you want to be treated, no excuses and don't promise signature on delivery if the delivery company does what they want. I am super upset, and the holiday is right around the corner.
